Marketing Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team in the DACH and EE region. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets
- Lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team
- Analyze local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders internally and externally
- Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee promotional activities for both existing and new B2 C activities
Requirements:
- Marketing generalist with international mindset
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2 C environment
- Experience in an international setting in a group environment
- Proven leadership experience (project-based and/or disciplinary)
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Expertise in traditional and digital marketing methods
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Any additional language, especially an Eastern European language, is preferred
What We Offer:
- Salary package: EUR 90,000,- gross p.a. depending on experience and qualifications
