- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic, mechatronic, or systems engineering or similar.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the Electric/Electronics sector in the industrial automation field.
- Demonstrated technical selling skills and product knowledge in machinery automation.
- Business acumen, familiarity with P&L, cost estimation, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Familiarity with CRM and other sales tools.
- Experience in collaboration with distributed (virtual) teams.
- Fluent in German (preferred mother-tongue) and English (oral and written B1-B2 level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic skills in project management.
