We are UNIQA Insurance Group AG, a leading insurance company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Associate for Business Development International to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Business Development department and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a Business Associate for Business Development International, you will work closely with our Chief Business Development Officer International to drive strategic initiatives and improve cross-functional collaboration within the UNIQA Group.

  • Contribute to managing strategic initiatives within Business Development in close alignment with Chief Business Development Officer International
  • Support constant improvement of cross-functional and cross-country collaboration model among UNIQA Group
  • Contribute to preparation of documents and presentations for key meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board, & Customer Markets International-wide communications)
  • Manage Business Development International budget incl. reporting and coordinate with different departments across Customer Markets International
  • Lead organization of Business Development International offsites or team events
  • Support Chief Business Development Officer International in day-to-day operations (e.g., stakeholder management, appointment coordination, travel management, invoice management)
