Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Business Development Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new logo acquisitions and building sales pipeline by engaging with Enterprise clients across the UK market.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • You will develop and execute a proactive outbound prospecting strategy using all available tools (Sales Nav, Outreach, Salesloft etc.) to target organisations and generate fully qualified sales opportunities.
  • You will build effective internal working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across the sales process.
  • You will become fully immersed with Dynatrace's products and its value add to customers in order to leverage our position against competitors.
  • You will conduct product demonstrations for customers and ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience of Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment.
  • The ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects.
  • A driven and ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €40,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, which may increase in line with qualifications and experience. We also provide relocation support for candidates who wish to join us at one of our Austrian locations.
