About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Hexagon Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of small and medium-sized projects in the industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from requirements gathering to customer acceptance
  • Lead the project team and manage subcontractors
  • Coordinate subcontractors in the process of obtaining offers, implementation, and invoicing
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals for customers
  • Ensure a complete, cost-effective, timely, and quality-compliant delivery according to customer orders
Requirements
  • Completed technical university degree or a comparable education
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel and coordinating subcontractors
  • Industry and process knowledge in the fields of Public Safety & Security Authorities and Organizations
  • A work style characterized by economic thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of service and solution orientation
  • Willingness to implement processes and continuously improve them, process design, and implementation
  • Good communication skills, proactive action, and attention to detail
  • Good proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written
