About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Professional to join our Group Legal Department at Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes and systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Group Legal Department, including coordination of appointments and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with the management of contracts and documents across the organization.
  • Support the team in all organizational and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Commercial training, preferably with a Matura degree.
  • Experience in the secretariat of a law firm, legal or finance department, or as an assistant to management in an international organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills.
