Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies on both global and regional scales to drive business growth.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management: Oversee various initiatives including digital marketing transformations, event planning, and social media engagement.
  • Content Collaboration: Act as a key advisor to the content team, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Work alongside a diverse and motivated international team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Time Zone Management: Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate global operations.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the primary communication link between subsidiary organizations and headquarters.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the marketing budget for both global and regional projects.
  • Product Advocacy: Represent and promote our cutting-edge software and hardware solutions in the marketplace.
  • Market Positioning: Shape the external marketing presence in a niche high-tech sector with limited competition.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, in marketing, communications, or sales.
  • Experience: Over 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role within B2B or B2G environments.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading marketing teams.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrated responsibility for managing marketing budgets.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Strategic Development: Experience in creating global and regional marketing strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Innovative Mindset: Ability to lead innovation and collaborate across different time zones.
