Country Controller Opportunity:

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Country Controller to join our CEE Markets team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth, developing strategies, and supporting our Managing Board members.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective plans to drive business growth in the CEE region
  • Collaborate closely with our country teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Prepare high-quality reports, analyses, and documents for our Supervisory Board
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments of market opportunities and economic development in the CEE region

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in financial or analysis-related areas
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach
  • Team orientation, interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of a CEE language an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and willingness to travel
