Strategic Partnership Developer

As a Re-engagement and Retention Expert at GfK Growth from Knowledge, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by re-engaging and retaining high-value clients. This position requires a unique blend of relationship-building skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand existing partnerships and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role with a focus on high-value clients.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working on continuative research projects for international clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully re-engaging and building strong relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Work Environment:

This position can be based in any of our main office locations.
