Supply Chain Success Manager

Your MissionWe are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Success Manager to drive supplier engagement, optimize interaction processes, and ensure successful collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.
- Contribute to the success of ongoing projects with a focus on supplier engagement and support
- Develop concepts around supplier interaction points in Prewave, including reporting, actions, and assessments
- Condense information, interpret results, and prepare presentations and reports
- Help create and run campaigns to cater to the Prewave supplier base
- Collaborate closely with the Supplier Success team, Operations team, and other members of Prewave
- Prepare and present data related to specific use cases and project goals by capturing necessary data from our production databases, mainly on SQL server and PostgreSQL
- Bachelor's degree, HAK, HTL, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in roles with customer or multi-stakeholder communication
- Ability to work effectively in various projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Professional-level English language skills, both written and spoken
- A valid work permit for Austria
- Experience in similar jobs, working environments, and industries
- Strong French language skills, both written and spoken, and other languages are also welcome
- Strong working experience with databases, especially SQL Server and Postgres
- Understanding of supply chains and interest in sustainability and impact areas
