About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Group Treasury Specialist to join our team in Salzburg. As a key member of our treasury team, you will be responsible for trading financial instruments, supporting external and internal financing, and analyzing global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade financial instruments (money market, foreign exchange, and interest rates) directly with banks and through electronic trading platforms.
  • Support in the conclusion and management of external and internal financings.
  • Support in Investor Relations matters and communicate regularly with our banking partners.
  • Analyze global financial markets, track the development of relevant financing sources, and actively support financing decisions.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary treasury projects addressing topics like digitalization, automation, or the integration of AI.

Requirements:

  • You are numerate with a strong interest in finance and treasury topics, and you understand economic connections.
  • You have ideally completed a degree in business or a comparable qualification or work experience in the finance sector.
  • You work well in a team, and your work style is solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant.
  • You are motivated to develop yourself further and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • You have excellent German and English skills.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office/365 applications (especially Excel).
