We're on a mission to empower developers worldwide to create remarkable applications on our Dynatrace Platform. As a Senior Developer Advocate for Platform Enablement, you'll be at the forefront of this journey.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for software development, developer relations, and community building. You'll work closely with our team to promote, onboard, coordinate, and enable developers to understand, adopt, and contribute to the Dynatrace Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help developers get started with our Dynatrace Platform, focusing on Dynatrace Apps.
  • Collect and relay developer feedback, advocating for the developer audience.
  • Present at online and in-person events to grow awareness and adoption.
  • Create diverse content, from blog posts and tutorials to videos, course material, and documentation.
  • Enhance the developer onboarding experience by preparing and holding workshops.
  • Develop demo code and snippets to aid the developer learning process.
  • Support our growing developer community, ensuring timely answers and help.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong experience as a frontend developer (preferably React and TypeScript), with Java or .NET skills as a bonus.
  • Proven developer relations experience.
  • An approachable and empathetic personality.
  • Presentation skills or a desire to improve public speaking.
  • Experience in developer communities, either online or in-person.
  • Tech video creation and editing experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, with a focus on technical content.
  • Blog post, tutorial, and instructional content writing experience.
  • Dynatrace product knowledge is advantageous.
