About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team. As a key member of our team, you will lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive strategic search for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace
  • Attract top talent by pushing the status quo and finding innovative ways to attract candidates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to address strategic long-term needs and foster relationships with candidates
  • Evangelize the Dynatrace brand and work closely with our Employer Branding team
Requirements
  • 6+ years of working experience in the recruitment industry, across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market
  • Experience in sourcing leadership profiles
  • Good understanding of the SaaS market and ability to work strategically on business needs
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation
