Sales & Business Development Manager Role Overview

At nyra health, we're dedicated to bringing world-class healthcare to everyone through innovative AI-powered therapy solutions. As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge software to clinics, leveraging your expertise in strategic outreach, product presentations, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Engage in strategic outreach to potential clinic clients.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations showcasing the value of nyra health's AI therapy software.
    • Oversee and support test phases of the product in clinics, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics, fostering strong relationships and meeting business objectives.
  • Business Development:
    • Introduce new clinics to the Tele-Rehab model, expanding our reach and impact.
    • Communicate effectively with clinic directors and therapy teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
    • Support existing clinics, ensuring the continuous engagement of patients in the Tele-Rehab program and driving business growth.
    • Oversee the coordination and guidance of our therapy team, maintaining high standards of patient care and delivering on company KPIs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Tele-Rehab model, implementing improvements as needed to drive business success.
  • Strategic:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the Tele-Rehab model to new clinics, identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinics, fostering trust and driving business success.
    • Provide regular feedback to the product development team, ensuring the AI therapy software meets the evolving needs of our clients and patients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum:
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
    • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German for customer contact.
  • Strong Plus:
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and patient care processes.
    • Background in therapy or clinical practice, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
    • Ability to manage and coordinate a project team, driving business growth and success.
    • Analytical skills to assess the performance of the Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements, driving business success.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

The Process:

  1. Interview with Head of Sales (~30 mins): An initial conversation to discuss your background, experiences, and interests, as well as to provide an overview of nyra health and the Sales & Business Development Manager role.
  2. Case Preparation: You will be given a case to prepare, which involves researching and developing a strategy for approaching a new B2B client. This exercise will help us assess your strategic thinking, research abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Meeting with Founders (~1 hour): A discussion with the founders where you will present and discuss your case preparation. This meeting will focus on your insights, proposed strategies, and how you approach complex challenges.
  4. Decision: After the meetings, we will review your performance and fit for the role to make a final decision.
