About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled People Services Manager to join our team at Agentur LOOP. As a key member of our Business Operations department, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to offboarding.
You will ensure smooth and supportive admin processes for all team members, keeping our HR-system up-to-date with employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers.
- Draft and manage various HR documents, while keeping everything legally compliant and consistent.
- Create a variety of HR reports to provide useful insights for decision making.
- Support the roll-out and communication of People and Culture policies and procedures, adapting to different cultural and legal contexts.
- Assist with compliance, labor law, and collective bargaining law updates and changes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and think holistically.
- Positive, people-oriented communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
