Account and Client Management:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Account Manager to join our team at LexisNexis Verlag ARD ORAC GmbH & Co KG Company.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic guidance on our digital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with our product teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.

Your Profile:

  • Proven sales and account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
