Wir suchen eine engagierte und organisierte Person, die sich für die Rolle des Team-Assistenten/Office Administrators begeistern kann.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Unterstützung des Management-Teams bei der Organisation von Meetings und Terminen
- Koordination von Reisebuchungen und Materialbestellungen
- Verwaltung von Proben und Durchführung von Bestandsaufnahmen
- Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben wie Telefonservice und Postbearbeitung
- Ablage- und Archivtätigkeiten
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und EHS-Richtlinien
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Matura-Niveau
- 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der administrativen Unterstützung, idealerweise in R&D Laborumgebung
- Veranstaltungsorganisation ist ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Starke organisatorische und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Teamorientierung, Einhaltung von Fristen und proaktive Einstellung
- Führungspotenzial und der Wunsch nach Weiterentwicklung

In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
