About the Role

- Lead the rollout and integration of CRM to newly acquired companies, streamlining business processes, and ensuring high data quality and analytics.
- Design and manage training concepts and materials, driving employee adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM applications, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Configure – Price – Quote CRM applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Consolidate CRM training needs across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive the evolution of reporting, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or CRM system management, with a strong understanding of industry trends.
