About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing attractive and professional job postings to attract top candidates
- Filling expert/manager positions for all businesses and functions
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Collaborating with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria to source candidates
- Implementing internal candidate pools and supporting the organization of internal "career lounges" to promote internal job offers and career options
- Developing and implementing recruitment/employer branding campaigns offline (events, offline advertisements, and social media postings) in close alignment with marketing
- Participating in internal events, college career days, job fairs, and special events at colleges and universities
- Reporting and following up on Recruiting and HR KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or proven experience and interest in Talent Acquisition
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent English and German skills, with further languages being an asset
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders across and outside the company
- Excellent communication and advertising abilities, particularly with social media
- Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills
- Structured thinking, ability to create new concepts/strategies, and highly efficient in organizing oneself
- International mindset & intercultural skills
- Open to change
