About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AVL List GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the battery test systems market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the battery test systems market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders to promote our products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the battery test systems market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
