As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with our services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our activity providers, ensuring smooth communication and promptly addressing any queries or issues.

  • Gather and structure key information about new activity providers to enable our SEO & Content Team to add them to our platform.

  • Advise activity providers on the requirements and best practices for thriving on our platform, helping them optimize their profiles and offers.

  • Manage the collection and verification of KYC documents from activity providers to facilitate successful and secure payments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with our services.

About You:

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1) in both English and French - proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate information collection and documentation.
  • You're driven to learn and develop your skills continuously.
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple providers and tasks efficiently.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy taking on new challenges, making things happen and working towards common goals together with your team.
