Project Risk Engineer

Venergi GmbH is seeking a skilled Project Risk Engineer to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the risk of various projects within the decarbonisation space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive risk management plans and strategies
  • Facilitate workshops to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Oversee daily risk follow-up to ensure all aspects of the project align with the established risk framework
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for project management, steering committees, and regulatory authorities
  • Travel to customer sites as required to work on designated projects
Project Focus:

You will contribute to diverse projects within energy transition, aiming to decarbonise the city of Vienna by 2040. These projects may include:

  • Modernisation of existing energy production facilities
  • Construction of new alternative energy generation plants
  • Hydrogen production or application
  • Combined generation plants for heating and cooling energy and electricity
  • Waste generation and management

What We Offer:

We provide a flexible hybrid work environment, investment in your development, and remuneration that meets industry standards. The salary for this position is at least €61,040, with overpayment negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
