Your Role
As a Strategic Customer Value Growth Manager, you will drive customer value growth across all customer segments in our consumer business. This role offers great opportunities for professional development and increased responsibilities in a strategic growth area that is essential for future success.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize customer value and retention effectively
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prioritizing impactful initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes
* Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and maintain strategic alignment with senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven expertise in value management and retention within the telecommunications or a similar industry
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
