Financial Controller Role in a Dynamic Environment

We are seeking an experienced individual with a deep understanding of financial management and controlling principles. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that processes, policies, and standards align with the operating unit's controlling organization. You will drive transparent and timely reporting structures in the countries under your scope of responsibility, match given tasks from our Controlling community with country-specific systems and resources, and ensure transparent management reporting to support decision-making.

Your tasks will include:

  • Aligning processes, policies, and standards with the Operating Unit's controlling organization;
  • Driving transparent and timely reporting structures in the countries under your scope of responsibility;
  • Matching given tasks from our Controlling community with country-specific systems and resources;
  • Ensuring transparent management reporting to support decision-making;
  • Taking an active role in supporting the implementation of IT systems (SAP) in the respective countries;
  • Participating in or leading multilateral projects in the Market Cluster Greater Europe;
  • Developing query and database solutions to achieve transparency.

As a Financial Controller, you will be part of the Market Cluster Support Center controlling team, which is responsible for consolidated controlling and financial reporting for the countries in the Market Cluster.
