The Key Account Technologist (KAT) will be instrumental in fostering and managing relationships with our most significant clients. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor technologies and systems, alongside the capability to deliver technical guidance and support to guarantee client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities Include
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary technical liaison. Strategic Alignment: Facilitate alignment between account teams and the clean product line regarding priorities for market engagement and defenses. Process Enhancement: Collaborate with clients to refine semiconductor manufacturing workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. Product Showcases: Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities and advantages of Lam Research technologies. Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and communicate customer insights to internal teams to foster continuous enhancement and innovation in our offerings. Educational Support: Deliver training and educational materials to clients and account teams to improve their understanding and application of Lam Research technologies. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer requirements with organizational goals.Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred. Professional Experience: At least 12 years of experience in the semiconductor sector with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or 5 years with a PhD. Technical Knowledge: Profound understanding of semiconductor manufacturing technologies and systems. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Chinese is also preferred. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.Our Offerings
