Senior Air Traffic Management Systems Specialist

As a Senior Air Traffic Management Systems Specialist at Frequentis, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' systems. With over 500 active service contracts in 150 countries, we require experienced professionals who can provide comprehensive solutions for the aviation industry.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Engineer (all genders) to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services division, you will be responsible for planning and implementing system updates and upgrades, analysing and fixing system errors, and providing vendor support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers at 3rd level / vendor support level, analysing and fixing system errors.
- Plan and implement system updates and upgrades, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and operational requirements.
- Be involved in international projects, collaborating with subsidiaries and partner companies.
- Conduct customer training both on-site and at our headquarters.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in IT or network technology, with at least 5 years of professional experience in service or system engineering.
- Technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure.
- A strong interest in embedded systems, virtualisation, and network technology.
- The ability to communicate complex solutions effectively and work with different cultures.
- Excellent English language skills, as you will be required to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time).
