We're seeking a talented individual to join our Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) team at Takeda in Austria. As a Senior Project Manager, Capex, you'll be part of a rapidly transforming industry that's applying technology and data in new ways.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on our four platforms: Small Molecules, Biologics, Plasma, and other therapies for patients. Your work will matter every day as you use your skills to help us manufacture life-changing medicines.

Estimated Salary Range:

€90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
