IoT Project Manager

An IoT project manager is required to oversee the service delivery, change, and support process for IoT solutions together with customers, partners, and suppliers along the value chain in the field of telecommunications. The position involves working with a high-performance IoT platform based on different technologies and protocols, and tracking inventory management and order and delivery management for hardware components required for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service delivery, change, and support process for IoT solutions across various technologies.
  • Collaborate with a high-performance IoT platform based on different technologies and protocols.
  • Track and manage inventory, orders, and deliveries for hardware components.
  • Provision and configure IT infrastructure and network elements to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate the installation and/or configuration of all applications and software components.
  • Conduct quality assurance and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Technical background and understanding of data networks and telecommunication technologies with a focus on mobility and IoT technologies.
  • Knowledge of internet, cloud, and wireless communication technologies.
  • Experience in customer interaction and service delivery.
  • Eagerness and curiosity to analyze, diagnose, and solve technical problems.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs and challenges for technicians, product managers, and sales.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Salary:

  • Minimum annual gross salary: EUR 44,238.18.
  • Actual annual salary depends on skills and experience.
