Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service delivery, change, and support process for IoT solutions across various technologies.
- Collaborate with a high-performance IoT platform based on different technologies and protocols.
- Track and manage inventory, orders, and deliveries for hardware components.
- Provision and configure IT infrastructure and network elements to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate the installation and/or configuration of all applications and software components.
- Conduct quality assurance and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Technical background and understanding of data networks and telecommunication technologies with a focus on mobility and IoT technologies.
- Knowledge of internet, cloud, and wireless communication technologies.
- Experience in customer interaction and service delivery.
- Eagerness and curiosity to analyze, diagnose, and solve technical problems.
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs and challenges for technicians, product managers, and sales.
- Fluency in English and German.
