Senior Project Manager Technology Development for E-mobility

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Chip Technology Development team at Infineon Technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and control of development projects for SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites.
You will also manage technical dependencies, conduct forward-looking risk management, and take on full project responsibilities while actively managing internal and external key stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, along with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong technical understanding of power electronic device physics and project management certification would be a plus.
