Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer & Admin at Ready2order, you will be our internal Salesforce authority, taking complete ownership and accountability for all Salesforce-related processes, implementations, and configurations. Your role will encompass a variety of projects, including managing our existing Case Management framework and enhancing our ERP and Billing integrations. You will serve as the primary contact for internal teams utilizing Salesforce, such as Sales and Customer Success.
You will collaborate within a cross-functional team and report directly to our Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Salesforce-related processes, ensuring our Salesforce setup aligns with business requirements, including configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows) and developing new customizations in Apex and LWC.
  • Assist the Product Manager in requirement gathering by providing solutions and identifying dependencies within the implementation.
  • Lead the entire configuration and development process from requirement analysis through to deployment.
  • Ensure that designs for new developments are consistent with the overall solution architecture.
  • Act as our internal Salesforce expert, offering consultation and guidance to teams on Salesforce-related matters.
  • Provide technical support, review, and resolve issues pertaining to our Salesforce Org.

Candidate Profile
  • Proficient in Apex development.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your area of expertise.
  • Proactive in sharing knowledge to collaboratively identify optimal solutions from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Familiarity with the following tech stack is essential: Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a solid understanding of REST API, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Additional skills that would be advantageous include: Typescript, (NestJS), Zuora, Gitlab and Gitlab pipelines, CI/CD, GCP.
