About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Christmas Helper. This is a temporary role, starting on the 28th of October 2024, and ending on February 14th, 2025. As a Customer Care Christmas Helper, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication through various support channels and user touchpoints
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluency in German, French, or Italian, as well as English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
What We Offer

A minimum annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting from EUR 31,864 (on a full-time basis, 38.5h). Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors. A bunch of awesome social benefits such as:
