About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our partners in the DACH market to grow their businesses and utilize our Eversports Manager efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including ticket systems, live chat, and video calls.
  • Maintain strong relationships with onboarded clients and serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
  • Contribute to Customer Care projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Support business intelligence projects to guarantee data quality in our database.
  • Develop and maintain the online helpdesk, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly.
  • Assist with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects in the customer care department.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in supporting B2B partners.
  • Fluency in German and strong English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dutch or French language skills are a plus.
  • IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and solution-orientation.
What We Offer
  • A minimum base salary of EUR 2,250 monthly gross (EUR 27,000 gross yearly), based on a full-time basis of 35 hours.
