HR Systems Professional: Enhancing Efficiency and Productivity

At PALFINGER AG, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational needs of our system landscape in Success Factors.

Data Management and Reporting

You will be responsible for supporting data entry, data validation, generating standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data management.

User Training & Documentation

In this capacity, you will train HR users on system functionality and best practices, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the HR systems and create documentation and learning materials.

Process Improvement

You will contribute to system improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes and workflows, particularly focusing on upcoming AI functionality.

System Testing and Release Management

In addition, you will assist in testing new system features and upgrades, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with organizational needs.

We offer a competitive salary of €46,614.68 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits including life balance through flexible working hours, career and personal development opportunities, and voluntary social benefits.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in international business administration or IT, or a comparable field
  • Experience with Success Factors or similar HR solutions is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently
  • High level of initiative, solution orientation, and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of German and English
