We are seeking a skilled Process Efficiency Strategist to join our Global Service Team.
Salary and BenefitsThe minimum yearly gross salary for this position is estimated at €52,197.04, based on full-time employment in Austria, according to the metal industry collective agreement.

Job DescriptionIn this challenging role, you will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing processes within the Digital Sales of Services and Claim Management areas.
You will design engaging process documentation and training materials, conduct process implementation tasks, and train colleagues on-site.
This includes evaluating and prioritizing requirements in the service areas and implementing seamless solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyze and define innovative global processes
- Design and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Evaluate and prioritize service area requirements
You will also coordinate and support our process expert group, collaborate closely with the Process Owner and Senior Process & Data Manager to develop effective process strategies, and monitor essential KPIs to provide valuable insights for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A completed technical or commercial education (e.g., HTL, FH, TU)
- Experience in service processes, preferably with a focus on digital sales of services or claim management
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills to implement processes and standards
- A personality that thrives in cross-functional teams and diverse cultural settings
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
