Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary starting from €2,400 gross per month, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to its employees' success.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our HQ team, responsible for liaising with stakeholders and clients across the DO&CO Group. The primary focus will be on accurate invoice preparation and submission, correct billing of clients for goods and services provided across three business lines. Additionally, you will provide great support to the accounting department with bank communication, administration, and master data maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of bank documents and master data maintenance
  • Ongoing billing of outgoing invoices to customers in the airline and event catering sector
  • Generate accounts statements while performing account reconciliations
  • Support the broader team with investigations and resolving any irregularities or queries in regards of payments, invoices, billing mistakes
  • Exchange of data and constant coordination with operational managers across the business
  • Maintenance of the open item lists of our customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have similar experience working with Accounts Receivable or Billing departments, possess a structured and independent approach to work, solution-oriented analytical thinking, and strong negotiation skills. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders are essential. German language skills are a must, with a good level of English beneficial.
