In this exciting role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of our financial operations team in the HQ, working closely with diverse stakeholders and clients across DO&CO Group. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate preparation and submission of invoices, as well as correct billing of our clients for the goods and services we provide across our three business lines: Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels.

You will provide great support to the accounting department in the HQ with bank communication, administration, and maintenance of master data.

We refine the classics, develop the unknown, and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Posting of bank documents, master data maintenance, and dunning;
  • Ongoing billing of outgoing invoices to customers in the airline and event catering sector;
  • Generate accounts statements while performing account reconciliations;
  • SUPPORT THE BROADER TEAM WITH INVESTIGATIONS AND RESOLVING ANY IRREGULARITIES OR QUERIES IN REGARDS OF PAYMENTS, INVOICES, BILLING MISTAKES;
  • Exchange of data and constant coordination with operational managers across the business;
  • Maintenance of the open item lists of our customers.

You Are:

A highly skilled professional with experience working with Accounts Receivable or Billing departments.

As a structured, independent, and solution-oriented individual with strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills, you will thrive in this role.

German language skills are a must, and a good level of English is beneficial.
