Asset Manager:

As an Asset Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:
Identifying significant properties that align with future user demands across the DACH and CEE regions.
Collaborating with real estate brokers to facilitate property transactions.
Effectively negotiating Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements.
Managing the entire leasing process from initiation to completion.
Conducting comprehensive analyses and evaluations of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.

Qualifications:
A completed commercial education or a relevant academic qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of international experience in the sector.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication abilities.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
