Job Title: Partnerships Advisor Roster

UNOPS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Advisor Roster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing process advice, preparing technical meetings and workshops, and developing and implementing sustainable business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide process advice, in line with the Regulation on the establishment of the Reform and Growth Facility;
  • Prepare technical meetings and workshops related to the execution of the Reform Agenda;
  • Develop and implement sustainable business strategies, thinking long term and externally to positively shape the organization;
  • Treat all individuals with respect, respond sensitively to differences, and encourage others to do the same;
  • Act as a positive role model, contributing to the team spirit, collaborating and supporting the development of others;
  • Efficiently establish an appropriate course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a goal;

Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in working for/with the EU institutions or EU Member States' entities and/or working for/with the beneficiary countries on Programme planning, implementation, or monitoring within the context of public sector reform, governance, or development projects;
  • Experience in management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation, and technical aspects;
  • In-depth understanding of reform processes, including legislative, administrative, and economic reforms in the context of the EU accession process of the Western Balkans;
  • Familiarity with project management tools;
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in one or more languages of the Western Balkans (Serbian, Croatian, Albanian, Macedonian) is highly desirable;
