Expectations
Education & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, risk management, law, or a related field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in report writing and presentation.
- Familiarity with process mining and data analytics as they pertain to the evolution of internal audit.
- Practical knowledge of SAP and/or S/4 HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and an understanding of SAP principles is advantageous.
Language Proficiency
- English – Proficient/Fluent.
- German – Advanced proficiency is preferred.
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
Work Experience
- Several years of relevant experience in an audit firm or in Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance departments of multinational corporations.
