We are looking for a diligent Training Manager to join our highly skilled team at CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine in Vienna, Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Programs: Oversee the implementation of graduate and postdoctoral training programs that equip researchers with essential skills to design, fund, conduct, manage, lead, and communicate their projects effectively.
  • Career Development Activities/Workshops: Design and deliver training sessions for all staff members to enhance their competencies and skills, aligning with the institution's goals and individual needs.
  • Appraisal Meetings: Coordinate and follow up on annual performance reviews for each employee to ensure timely feedback and growth opportunities.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to support the strategic goals of CeMM and AITHYRA, the Research Institute for Biomedical Artificial Intelligence. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the careers of scientists and supporting the development of cutting-edge research.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in talent management or training programs.
  • Familiarity with academic research institutions, preferably in an international or scientific environment.
  • A strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, and professionalism.
