Job Title: Transport Sales Manager

Fercam Austria GmbH, a leading transport organization with 5 locations and 200 employees, is seeking a skilled Transport Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize and control daily transport operations, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, negotiating prices and yields to optimize transport operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's network of transport partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or logistics, with a strong understanding of the transport industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
