We are seeking a dedicated Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician (f/m/d) to contribute to our commitment to excellence in quality management.

Your Role

As part of our esteemed team, you will play a crucial role in our Vienna facility, recognized as a global hub for tram and light rail vehicle innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Non-Compliant Material Management: Ensure all non-compliant materials are properly identified and managed in accordance with established quality control protocols.
  • Data Management: Utilize internal systems to accurately document and address defects.
  • Logistics Coordination: Facilitate block postings, initiate replacement orders, and generate purchase requisitions for repair materials or substitutes.
  • Repair Oversight: Supervise repair processes, engage in root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize enthusiasm and a proactive attitude over extensive experience. The following qualifications will support your success in this role:

  • Proficiency in German is essential, with English as a valuable asset.
  • Experience with SAP software is preferred.
