Product Manager Battery Solutions

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive conditions to position our product portfolio effectively.
  • Develop and report product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans.
  • Manage product requirements and costs, defining and prioritizing features and setting cost targets.
  • Coordinate with R&D to communicate product vision and goals.
  • Execute product launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and product support.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, assisting in proposal preparation and creating marketing documents.
  • Organize events, training, and customer workshops, conducting product training for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, telematics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct current sources or high-voltage batteries.
  • Experience in product management and technical sales.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills.
  • High level of self-organization and goal orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We will offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
