Hollister Sales Associate

The Role:
- Customer Experience is at the heart of everything we do. You'll be responsible for providing personalized attention to each customer, anticipating their needs, and responding with empathy and solutions.
- You'll be a driving force behind Store Presentation and Sales Floor, maintaining a visually appealing environment that showcases our products in the best possible light.
- Communication is key in this role. You'll engage with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales floor activities, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- You'll also contribute to Asset Protection and Shrink by maintaining a keen eye on merchandise and preventing loss through effective inventory management and visual monitoring.
- We're committed to Policies and Procedures, and you'll adhere to company guidelines while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Training and Development are essential to your growth and success. You'll receive ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge, enabling you to excel in this role.
