Financial Services Assistant, Focus on Real Estate Financing

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Services Assistant to join our team at Raiffeisen Bausparkasse. As an Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our business development by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our sales partners with their financial inquiries, preparing financial applications, and coordinating with our experts and internal teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial applications from our sales partners
  • Serve as the liaison between sales partners, experts, and internal departments
  • Coordinate the distribution of examination results and securities documents
  • Provide information to sales partners and facilitate internal referrals when necessary
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HBLA, VBS, etc.)
  • First-hand work experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in German on a C2 level
  • A proactive, precise, and team-oriented work style with a focus on customer satisfaction

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from EUR 35,000 to EUR 50,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. We also offer additional compensation for overtime work.
