Financial Data Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Data Services Manager. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our operations by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including data providers.
As a Financial Data Services Manager at Raiffeisenbankengruppe, you will be responsible for managing services with service providers in the specific domain of financial market data services. This includes effective relationship management with key market data vendors and vendor performance management, as well as simplifying the vendor contracts landscape and rationalizing licensing costs.
You will collaborate closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This involves incorporating operational standards to comply with industry regulations and best practices, facilitating meaningful documentation, and managing market data service budgets, including cost management, consumption monitoring, budget execution, budget input, forecasts, and accruals.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will support current and future market analysis by exploring diverse options, comparing market landscapes, and evaluating market data sources.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in an IT service manager role in a corporate or enterprise company. You should also possess proficiency in IT SLA, budget management, and understanding of financial IT application architecture, as well as knowledge of cyber security and IT risk requirements within a regulated environment.
A strong understanding of data access and license compliance management is also essential. Your excellent soft skills, including the ability to work as part of an agile organization, are vital in this role. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate and negotiate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and vendors.
Nice to have qualifications include experience in financial services and familiarity with market data products & administration services (LSEG RTDS – LSEG D.A.C.S, LSEG Eikons, LSEG E.A.S., Bloomberg CSC, Bloomberg BPIPE, Bloomberg Terminals, Bloomberg DL, ION Analytics).
We offer a competitive salary, which starts from 60,000 Euro per year, depending on qualification and experience.
