Marketing Operations Lead

Are you a marketing professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and global company? We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at Eaton Corporation.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead all marketing operations, activities, and initiatives for Machine Building and Industry in Austria and Switzerland. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive marketing roadmap for the Residential and Light Commercial Buildings segment in Austria and Switzerland, including setting smart objectives and delivering bespoke results.
- Execute all relevant marketing activities, such as events and webinars, communication literature, web updates, promotions, media, and partner programs, in alignment with relevant stakeholders in both countries.
- Define integrated marketing campaigns, including localization of central-driven initiatives, to achieve the highest ROI.
- Gather a quick understanding of all relevant marketing tools, including marketing automation, content management, reporting, and translation tools, as part of the daily routine.
- Build a strong network and alignment across central units, the regional sales force, product managers, business leaders, and marketing counterparts to excel in this new role.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communication field.
- Fond experience in event management and proven organizational skills.
- Skilled in campaign management across multiple territories.
- Strong experience in owning the entire marketing mix using digital instruments.
- Knowledge in lead generation and ROI responsibility highly desired.
- Experienced in working with international cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills and networking abilities.
Native German speaker and fluency in English (verbally & written), French is a plus.
