About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead all marketing operations, activities, and initiatives for Machine Building and Industry in Austria and Switzerland. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing a roadmap for the Residential and Light Commercial Buildings segment, defining local strategies, and executing all relevant marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Residential and Light Commercial Buildings segment in Austria and Switzerland.
  • Execute all relevant marketing activities, including events, webinars, communication literature, web updates, promotions, media, and partner programs.
  • Define integrated marketing campaigns, including localization of central-driven initiatives.
  • Gather a quick understanding of all relevant marketing tools, including marketing automation, content management, reporting, and translation tools.
  • Build a strong network and alignment across central units, regional sales force, product managers, business leaders, and marketing counterparts.
  • Ensure monitoring and optimization of marketing activities to achieve the highest ROI.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communication field.
  • Fond experience in event management and proven organizational skills.
  • Skilled in campaign management across multiple territories.
  • Strong experience in owning the entire marketing mix using digital instruments.
  • Knowledge in lead generation and ROI responsibility highly desired.
  • Experienced in working with international cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills and networking abilities.
Language Requirements:

Native German speaker and fluency in English (verbally & written), French is a plus.
