About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team at Barracuda Networks, LLC. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and partners, ensuring their IT infrastructure is secure and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote access to resolve customer issues with Barracuda's security solutions.
  • Assist partners and customers with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of our products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners to protect their IT infrastructure.
  • Provide assistance with network, client/server, Linux/Windows/MacOS, storage, email, and web products.
Requirements
  • Completed education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, FH, university).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
  • Ideal experience in technical support.
  • Strong solution-oriented thinking and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of public cloud, VPN, virtualization, IoT, Microsoft 365, web technologies is an advantage.
