About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities

  • Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to address customer requirements and the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product features and requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful product solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and anticipate future trends.
  • Present the product at customer briefings and regularly engage in customer interviews to identify recurring pain points and product improvement.
  • Identify strategic organic and inorganic growth areas and develop product investment proposals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management or equivalent roles within a SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years in a Product Lead role, preferably managing teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Extensive experience in building and managing subscription products at scale in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company.
  • Experience in identifying and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives in a B2B setting.
